room360° by FOH® x Hispanic Heritage Month
Que digan presente!
Celebrated between September 15th through October 15th, Hispanic Heritage Month is a remembrance of the many contributions brought to America from Mexico, Central America, South America, Spain, and Spanish-speaking nations of the Caribbean.
Established by President Johnson in 1968, the celebration of Hispanic heritage was initially a weeklong tribute recognizing the Independence Day of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. Over the next 20 years, as the pride and mix of cultures became more and more prominent in the United States, President Reagan extended the observance into a month-long celebration.
As we look back and reflect on how far the history and recognition of Hispanics have come, we [FOH®] cannot help but feel fortunate and grateful to thrive amongst such rich diversity in our very own Headquarters in the heart of Miami, FL. Known as the melting pot of the world, Miami’s diverse influence of Hispanics ranges from South Beach to Calle Ocho, and MIMO through all of Hialeah. We understand and appreciate the impactful role Hispanic cultures actively play in our inspiration and design. The study of different cultures and traditions has broadened our knowledge, humbled our hearts, and given us the ability to relate to other customs and cultures. Through these learnings, we have been able to better serve our customers and bring the WOW Factor into our products as a global solutions partner.
As a minority-owned business, we respect and appreciate the diversity and inclusivity of all ages, genders, and skin colors that help shape our community of thinkers and doers in the foodservice and hospitality industry. We celebrate our heritage through the unique design, choice of color, and texture of all our products and we are honored to continuously work with the dynamic voices of the top Hispanic/Latinx celebrities, influencers, entrepreneurs in our industry like:
